戲院放映員阿山，他與同事阿姚看完一齣【惡靈復仇】的鬼片後，他的同事阿姚就死於非命，但最恐怖的地方是阿姚的屍體竟然出現在【惡靈復仇】電影情節內；而戲中的惡靈原來已走出銀幕，來找阿山一起回到電影世界裡重演復仇被殺的場面！

為了救回男友一命，小珊(Punch飾演)不惜翻查電影拍攝經過，發現電影改編自真人真事，而影片中的“惡靈”原是一名村民。兩人決心追查當年事件發生經過，可是事件背後原來隱藏著無法預料的恐怖真相……
